Clear scope, named people, regular reporting

Every engagement has an accountable lead, a written scope and a review rhythm. What changes is how it is staffed and priced.

A facilitator stands at a wall of sticky notes leading a discovery workshop with a seated team.
A discovery workshop: scope, risks and owners agreed on the wall before anything is estimated.

Four engagement models

Consulting-led transformation

Assessment, roadmap and business case agreed before delivery begins.

Works best when
The direction is clear but the route is not: a platform decision, a modernisation programme or an operating-model change.
How it is run
A joint steering group, fortnightly checkpoints and a written decision log.
Commercials
Time and materials for the assessment, then a fixed fee for the roadmap and business case.

Fixed-scope projects

Agreed deliverables, timelines and acceptance criteria, with a named delivery manager.

Works best when
Requirements are understood and the outcome can be tested at acceptance.
How it is run
Milestone reviews, weekly status reports and a change-control process both sides sign.
Commercials
Fixed price against agreed milestones.

Offshore development centres

Dedicated, ring-fenced offshore teams that work as an extension of yours.

Works best when
You have a long product or platform roadmap and need engineering capacity that stays.
How it is run
A shared backlog and sprint cadence, a named delivery lead and monthly steering reviews.
Commercials
A monthly fee per team, with a minimum term and room to scale up or down.

Managed services

Application maintenance and infrastructure support under SLAs, with monthly service reviews and year-on-year improvement targets written into the contract.

Works best when
Applications or infrastructure are live and need to stay that way, with someone accountable for uptime.
How it is run
Agreed SLAs, monthly service reviews and annual improvement targets in the contract.
Commercials
A fixed monthly fee against a service catalogue, with volume bands.

Every engagement is backed by delivery governance

Global delivery
Onshore leads in your region, offshore delivery teams, and at least four hours of overlap with your working day.
People who stay
2,400+ professionals, structured technical training and certification paths, and career growth that keeps experienced people on your account.

Global delivery that overlaps with your day

An onshore lead sits close to you. The delivery team works from our offshore centres, and the two share working hours every day.

Shared hours: an example day in your local time. The offset differs by client, and we plan for at least four hours when both teams are working every day.
Daily
A stand-up inside the shared hours, so blockers are cleared the same day.
Weekly
A written status report covering progress, risks and decisions needed from you.
Monthly
A steering review with your sponsors and our delivery director, against the agreed plan.

A day in a delivery centre

Times are the centre’s own. The order of the day is the same on every account.

Stand-upEach team stands up at the same hour every day. Blockers are read out and each one gets an owner.

Test windowRegression runs while your team is online, so a failure is seen by someone who can act on it.
