2009

Taking over what others left

Samhita Systems was founded in 2009 by a small group of engineers who kept being asked to take over projects other firms had started and left. The work was rarely glamorous: untangle the system, document it, make it dependable. It taught us what clients value most, which is a team that is still there after go-live.

The method

Plan, build, perform

That became our philosophy: plan, build, perform. Plan the work with a business case behind it. Build it to that plan. Then stay and run it under service levels the client can hold us to. Each phase has a different team shape, but the same people are accountable from one to the next.

Structured technical training, certification paths and real career progression keep experienced engineers on the same client for years. A client's context lives in people long before it lives in a document, so we plan for the people to stay.
